Hi, this can happen for several reasons. The most common issue is that the billing address for the card is incorrect. Please verify that the billing address used exactly matches your payment information. If you are using a company card, what I find works is using the checkout with the PayPal option. You do not need a PayPal account to use this method; you may check out as a guest.
